HOME INSURANCE
An insurance policy for your main residence with cover for the buildings and/or contents. Cover can be on the standard policy or extended to include accidental damage. The policy can also include your personal effects for all risks cover outside the home, with further options to include pedal cycles, garden cover, money and credit cards.
BED & BREAKFAST PREMISES INSURANCE
A similar policy to the HOME INSURANCE, but extended to include the business of Bed & Breakfast, which includes public liability to the paying guests.
STUDENT LET PROPERTY INSURANCE
A tailored policy for landlords who let their properties specifically to students. Cover is available for buildings and contents, however accidental damage is not available for this contract. The policy includes public liability to the tenants.
UNOCCUPIED PROPERTY INSURANCE
This is a building only contract providing unrestricted cover for unoccupied private dwellings that are for sale, pending probate or under internal refurbishment, etc. The policy includes property owner's liability.
LONG TERM LET PROPERTY INSURANCE
A policy for landlords who let their properties on a long term let (minimum 6 months). Cover is available for buildings and landlord's contents, however accidental damage is not available on this contract. The policy includes public liability to the tenants. Cover is available for mixed tenancy, i.e. retail business on ground floor and dwelling/flats above.
SELF BUILD PROPERTY INSURANCE
A policy for people building for themselves. The standard policy covers public liability, employers liability and contract works, i.e. the work in progress. The policy can be extended to cover own or hired in tools and plant with cover also available for a caravan used as site hut or temporary dwelling.
STATIC CARAVAN INSURANCE
A policy for static caravans up to 15 years of age used for holiday purpose. The caravan can be site based or located at the home address. Cover can be extended for letting use.
TOURING CARAVAN INSURANCE
Comprehensive cover for touring caravans up to 15 years of age used for holidays.
