There are no permanent records of any data submitted to us through our online insurance application process stored on our server. Any customer enquiries or requests about our home or property insurance products are immediately transmitted to us.Any form submissions are securely mailed to our offices
Customer-submitted data, such as contained in our online insurance application and general insurance enquiry form are encrypted before being mailed to us. Your submitted form data can only be read by staff at our C Jones-Evans and Son Insurance offices, ensuring complete privacy of any sensitive personal or financial information in your request.Customer contact policy
After making an application or contacting our offices with an enquiry related to our Insurance products and services, we may need to contact you for further information pertaining to your application by telephone or email. We clearly offer the choice on our application form(s) for you to state your preferred method of contact, and will only ever contact you by this specified method. ANY contact you recieve will only be in respect of following up an existing enquiry you have made previously - We never contact prospective customers uninvited.
